Looking ahead to 2011. I'll be teaching in Germany in March at the Creativa Expo for Perlen Akademie and
I'll be teaching in Australia in April. From the 5th to the 9th I'll teach at Jelly Beads of Mogo, then from the 10th to the 16th I'll be at TAFTA Forum. If anything develops with Canberra Region Feltmakers for 2nd to 4th, you'll see it here.
Ostara's Emerging Blossoms Lariat: While creating this versatile lariat necklace, explore innovative variations of polygon stitch in making the pods and highly textured and deceptively quick bezel for the rivoli closure.



Complex Cane Hand Felted Beads and Necklace: In one single magical daylong workshop, begin with selecting your choices of colorful fine merino wool fiber and finish with a necklace composed of your hand felted complex cane beads along with other glass, ceramic or gemstone beads. (The felting process is not aerobic exercise but does require more exertion than beadweaving:)




Wired, Felted and Beaded Bracelet: Felt a bracelet using a wire armature. Embellish the surface with beads that enhance the lampworked bead secured to the wire. Explore various shapes for alternate uses.

Glass Bead Inspired Lariat: Discover the versatility of polygon stitch as you weave this conforming lariat and three-dimensional beaded beads that mimic the lampworked bead by Nancy Tobey.
